The boutique law firm specializes in complex civil defense cases with a focus on liability, personal injury, and personal injury protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle an approximate caseload of 250 files.
- Work autonomously while maintaining accountability and dedication to your cases.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys who provide mentorship and a clear path to partnership.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1+ year of civil litigation experience, with a focus on Personal Injury Protection cases.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
