Job Title: Associate, LMS Administrator (Contractor)Hours Per Week: 35 hours/week Location: RemoteContract Length: 1 yearDepartment: Quality AssuranceMinimum Requirements: 3years of experience with LMS administration requiredPharmaceutical experience requiredCurriculum Management ExperiencePosition Overview/Summary The Associate, Learning Management System (LMS) Administration will provide support for the organization's LMS and several other software systems. The incumbent will utilize a detailed understanding of all aspects of an LMS (preferably ComplianceWire) as well as an understanding of GxP Quality System documents to support the online training of all members, both employee and contracted. This role will also participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of all LMS updates, as well as provide support for all internal and external regulatory audits//inspections. All LMS work is performed under the supervision of a Global LMS Administrator. The incumbent will be a team player, passionate about training, demonstrates extreme attention to detail and works well under pressure in a time critical environment.Responsibilities: Serves at LMS Regional Administrator performing a wide range of associated duties:Creates, updates, and maintains users based upon on-boarding/off-boarding HR communication.Performs frontline customer service for learners.Provides welcome e-mail and systems training for new hires.Serves as the primary contact for all user issues with the system including systems lockout and linking to the eDMS.Creates/maintains training items and curricula based upon GxP Quality Systems Document group updates.Distributes monthly overdue training reports to department heads.Sends monthly reminders to non-compliant users.Creates ad hoc reports for functional areas as required.Runs scripts to support UAT of LMS system updates (two per year).Provides reports/queries/metrics from LMS as requested by the Compliance department.Attends LMS Governance meetings.Maintains the Role Based Training MatrixInterfaces with Document Control to perform on-going maintenance.Makes changes additions, deletions and revisions to the role-based training curriculums.Audits the matrix using LMS reports for accuracy.Experience working in SmartSheet is a plus.Relationships: Managerial: Individual contributorQualifications: UL ComplianceWire LMS, SharePoint, MS Suite experience is a must.Experience working in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Device and/or CRO is helpful.Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in a science related field is desirable.Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Knowledge and Skills: Well-honed project task skills. Proven ability to simultaneously work with multiple projects and programs under short deadlines.Strong communication skills, verbal and written.Travel up to 10% domestically may be required.#M3.
