  • Estimated annual base pay: $17.50-$21.88 (midpoint) - $26.25
  • 15% shift differential for second shift

The Associate Machinist reports to the manufacturing supervisor and is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a limited number of machine types in an industrial setting. The position works under a high level of supervision, with limited troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving.This is for a second shift career typically starting at 3pm-1:30am or 3:30-2am, 4 days a week Monday-Thursday.What You Will Be Doing
      • Document non-conforming material according to procedures and participate in activities to implement root cause and corrective actions identified.
      • Utilize work instructions and method documents to produce and inspect machine parts.
      • Clean and maintain measuring instruments and test equipment and inspect parts for cleanliness (e.g., routed and deburring operations). Operate inspection equipment.
      • Perform routed operations of parts.
      • Follow all departmental safety rules and regulations.
      • Deburr parts.What We Are Looking For
        • High school diploma or equivalent required.
        • Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects.
        • Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear.
