The aim is to position the New York City Deferred Compensation Plan (a client of MissionSquare Retirement) as the primary resource for financial planning before and during retirement. Seminars and phone campaigns help deepen relationships, retain participants, and increase plan enrollment.When requested, the Associate Manager, Financial Planning (must be a Certified Financial Planner) will create and deliver financial plans in person at the headquarters, with a Financial Planning Manager present.Essential Functions for this role include:Assist in department calling campaigns, individual financial planning sessions, seminar, and handout updates, and conducting financial planning seminars within the assigned geographic area.Responsible for staying current on all NYC Deferred Compensation Plan services as well as additional City-Wide employee benefits.
