The Associate Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the VIBE TWLV brand, vision, and values are exemplified in all store operations and client interactions. This position assists in overseeing all aspects of store performance and strategy through sales management, operational efficiencies and personnel functions. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and results through short-term and long-term strategies, processes, and events that create a positive in-store experience for both our store team and our clients. In addition, they must have a thorough understanding of our space in the industry as well as a familiarity for relevant brands carried and sold.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Creates and fosters a culture that ensures the client is the focus of all activities. Manages and measures individual and team progress and results against key targets. Embraces and drives. Company-driven promotional and marketing campaigns that support the brand. Sets a compelling vision and manages successes and failures in a highly collaborative fashion. Ensures service, merchandising, and operational standards are met through Company-defined practices and processes. Stimulates growth in self and others through coaching, training, and development conversations. Assists with the day-to-day management of the Sales team. Measures sales performance and conversion rates daily. Works closely with GM to evaluate. Sales team and other department manager's performance, by providing numbers in Revenue and all KPI's.
QUALIFICATIONS: Have a high school diploma or equivalent combo of education and experience. Have 2 or more years of experience with similar scope, specialty retail preferred. Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills. Process information and operate store systems accurately. Assist in processing and replenishing and keeping the store looking great. Are available when we are busy, including nights, weekends and holidays. Are facile with technology and apps and familiar with industry-related blogs and feeds. Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds |18 kilos. Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
