Who We Are At WeightWatchers, the Global Marketing team this team is composed of many different arms that work cross functionally to spread the word and promote our company as well as our services and offerings. From performance and brand to product, licensing and communications they all have a tangible impact on the business and our growth. What You Will Do As the Associate Manager of Paid Social, you will play a key role in running WW's multi-million dollar annual investment with a relentless focus on ROI-positive acquisition. You must have a passion for all things social, as your main areas of focus will be building campaigns, data analysis, reporting and project management for the channel. Your work will be paramount in helping WW continue to scale paid social, meeting new and returning WW customers at every point in their weight loss & wellness journeys. As part of the broader Marketing/Product team, you will collaborate across disciplines to deliver on our mission to help millions of members start building healthy habits for real life. We are looking for a commitment to action-oriented analysis, an attitude that anything is possible, and a member-first mindset. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day paid social campaign management across multiple tactics and vendors, including but not limited to strategy, creative launches, optimizations, and daily campaign and budget management.
  • Support Manager, Paid social with larger markets/vendors and tasks
  • Help to refine and scale our Paid Social strategy while working cross-functionally to meet or exceed committed goals.
  • Contribute to ideation and execution of a roadmap dedicated to increasing ROI through rigorous audience, creative and landing page tests and optimizations.
  • Provide agile budget management, data analysis, and ongoing reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with other performance channel teams including search, display, video, influencer/celebrity, multicultural and email.
  • Assist with creative production for Paid Social assets in collaboration with the digital creative strategy team and creative partners.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of related work in paid social, including in-platform management of Meta and preferably other channels including Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, X
  • In-depth, under the hood knowledge of Paid Social as an acquisition channel. Deep understanding of industry trends, experimentation, A/B testing, and incrementality.
  • Fluency with data measurement and analytics, can identify trends and respond decisively.
  • Understanding of general web and app technology: cookies, pixels, SDKs, tracking, tagging, APIs.
  • Bachelor's degree
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
