The Associate Manager for the Portfolio Administration function is responsible for the management, development and training of the Portfolio Administration Team within Flex Financial. Responsibilities include oversight of customer consumable purchase tracking process, compliance reporting, timely lender payments, handling of escalations, hiring, training and performance management. The Associate Manager is also expected to develop measures of success for the department, track the measures and provide reporting to senior leadership.

**Position responsibilities:**
+ Direct management of remote Portfolio Administration team
+ Maintain (and develop as needed) standardized policies and procedures for both usage payments
+ Train and develop Usage Portfolio Administrators
+ Communicate and implement any policy or procedure changes
+ Measure and report metrics for the functional group
+ Assist in developing and implementing new products and services
+ Resolve conflict and address escalated issues
+ Evaluate the performance of employees based on established performance parameters
+ Coach and develop direct reports
+ Subordinate compliance with company policy and corrective actions
+ Partner with IT on projects that build automation into process for team
+ Represent Flex Financial on any Stryker projects that may impact consumable purchase tracking ability
+ Submit periodic reports on assigned topics to leadership
**Required skills and experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
+ Minimum 6 years professional work experience

+ Microsoft Teams, PowerBI
+ General accounting knowledge
+ Microsoft Excel VBA programming Macros
+ SAP, Model N
**Reporting to this position:** Portfolio Administrator, Sr. Portfolio Administrator
+ $85,500- $182,000salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
