**MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE**
As the Associate Manager, Supply & Inventory, you will oversee, support, and communicate the inbound product availability in China, Hong Kong, Korea, and our Direct Markets sourced out of our main Asia DC (located in Singapore). You will be responsible for providing comprehensive updates and follow-up on the markets requirements to include regular product replenishment, key animations/launch updates, and critical program availability (Holiday Sets, Double 11, etc). Your role will also be to ensure a consistently healthy stock level within their local DC (and within Singapore) based on published monthly forecasts and to communicate and collaborate within Operations team to deliver those requirements. You will work closely with our Supply Planner in the Singapore DC and be the voice of HQ Supply Operations during supply weekly/monthly meetings with the markets (to occur either early morning or evening due to the time difference).
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Develop a collaborative partnership with the markets and with the Singapore Supply Planner to ensure their forecasted needs are met.
* Communicate, escalate, and solve for gaps within requirements with Internal Operations partners.
* Analyze stock levels at main + local DCs to provide product allocation (qty + transit mode) to manufacturers when production is ready.
* Ensure critical animations, promotions, and launches are delivered on time and communicated accordingly.
* Lead monthly supply calls as the voice of HQ Supply Operations to provide critical updates on stock availability (to occur off-hours)
* Update weekly communication on Service for Singapore and all associated Markets (China, Hong Kong, Korea, Direct Markets, etc.)
* Partner with Logistics to ensure critical shipments are delivered on time.
* Proactively provide continuous improvement on reporting and communication to the market(s).
* Support additional analysis within the Supply & Inventory function as needed

* You will start building strong cross-functional partnership with our Sales and Marketing team(s).
**What you will achieve in 12 months**:
* You will be the voice of HQ Operations in conjunction with the Singapore Supply Planner to enable markets to deliver their plan.
* You will be providing guidance on upcoming production requirements to internal Operations Team based on market feedback.
* You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders within Operations to secure updates for the market(s) and provide alerts as needed.
* You will continue to improve existing reporting with the goal of sustaining growth within *fresh*
* Bachelors Degree in supply chain management, business, math, advanced statistics, economics, operations research and/or computer science
* 3-4 years experience in global supply chain
* Prior experience working within a global supply chain
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into objectives to drive performance and financial objectives
* Strong bias towards proactive communication and detailed follow through.
* Experience with Asia Markets to understand their specificities
* Professional written and verbal communication skills required
* Experience in a fast pace environment
