Manage the end-to-end THECB reporting process. This includes collecting, analyzing, and validating student, HR, and facilities data. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely submission of reports to THECB. This role also involves collaborating with functional departments, ERP support, and THECB to meet reporting requirements and utilize data for decision-making. Oversee the federal (IPEDS/ NSF) reporting function of the department. This includes improving processes, enhancing systems, and allocating resources to ensure accurate and timely data submission. The role involves identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, implementing data quality checks, and resource allocation. Leverage data analytics to improve reporting efficiency, identify trends, and support decision-making. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with state and federal reporting, implementing appropriate controls and safeguards. This includes coordination with data governance.
