Job Description:

Crispin is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Media Director to join our innovative advertising agency. The Associate Media Director is responsible for overseeing team operations and ensuring the successful execution of media strategies across various platforms to meet business objectives. This role involves client interaction, process documentation, team training, and managing project deliverables, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and strategic optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Capability to develop a full funnel, multi-platform media strategy and plan
  • Ability to support and contribute to highly innovative approaches to digital media, particularly in paid social (primarily Meta and TikTok)
  • Oversee team operations including timesheets and regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
  • Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to direct reports to ensure team growth and development.
  • Collaborate with client services to maintain practice-specific interactions with clients.
  • Ensure all deliverables and communications are client-ready and appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
  • Uphold agency processes and compliance standards.
  • Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are well-integrated and prepared for their roles.
  • Manage scoped deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Develop optimization strategies for targeting tactics, creative elements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and implement execution plans for the team to manage projects effectively.
  • Oversee campaign reporting and performance analysis, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Implement initiatives to ensure campaign goals are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to optimize analysis and insights, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Evaluate media reports to ensure the team is aware of performance metrics and trends.
  • Provide media-specific thought leadership to guide strategy and execution.
  • Contribute to new business efforts by supporting proposal development and pitch presentations.
  • Assist in the productization of practice-specific offerings to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Able to work in o ce at least 3 days per week
  • 5-8 years media experience
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skill sand use of Excel for reporting
  • Experience in digital ad placement (paid social, display, SEM a plus but not required)
  • CPG and DTC experience is helpful, but not required

Compensation Range: $115,000 - $130,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
