Job Title: Associate, Mutual Fund Administration

Department: Investment Administration

Reports To: Director, Fund Administration

FLSA Code: Non-Exempt

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Job Summary:

Provide accounting oversight, administration, regulatory reporting, and third-party oversight of service providers for the registered mutual funds and collective investment trusts. Cohen & Steers is committed to an inclusive culture, valuing diversity in support of our people and clients.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

* Daily oversight procedures administered by the Cohen & Steers Fund Mutual Fund Administration group on a daily and monthly basis. This includes multiple daily reconciliations including daily position & market value reconciliations vs. the accounting agent, and Section 18 compliance.

* Preparation of daily fund flows.

* Coordinate receipt of all daily broker/fair value prices for manually priced securities. Preparation of end of day manual pricing package.

* Review of funds' expense budget analysis.

* Review of the semi-annual and annual financial statements, N-Port including Part F (f/k/a N-Q), N-CEN and annual 24f-2 filings prepared by the accounting agent. Responsible for accuracy and integrity of the data contained within.

* Preparation and review of certain financial data contained in prospectus and SAI updates.

* Review of monthly, quarterly and semi-annual dividend estimates received from accounting agent.

* Assist with the preparation and/or review of the quarterly board materials.

* Assist with the preparation of monthly AUM reporting and monthly fact sheet data.

* Preparation of other financial reports for various groups within the firm.

* Special projects, as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.

* 1-2 years of accounting experience is a plus.

* ETF experience is also a plus.

* Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency with advanced functions of Microsoft Excel.

* Understanding of the Investment Company Act of 1940, Regulation S/X and Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 a plus.
