Reference 2024-92944 Update date 17/10/2024 Job description Business type Types of Jobs - Operations Job title Associate - Operations Business Analyst Contract type Permanent Contract Job summary Summary The Associate - Operations Business Analyst will be responsible to work with the FTO/TBO Head of Operations within coordination and execution of departmental projects, audits and several other business requirements. Key Responsibilities
- New Product approval coordinator by ensuring all departments impacted within FTO & TBO are amenable to the changes (NAP) and not issues are identified.
- BCP Coordinator - ensure all BCP testing events are managed and executed properly and timely. Ensure all BCP documentation is completed and submitted as required.
- Assist with the coordination and executions of UATs (user acceptance testing) during the implementation of new IT applications and process updates.
- Operational Incident Reporting - work with all members of FTO & TBO to coordinate and report to management any and all Operational Incidents and coordinating potential losses
- Coordinate and document all Off Shore governance meetings. (i.e. - with Canada, Brazil, GELOP)
- Coordinate, maintain and manage Service Level Agreements with our Off Shore counterparts
- Project Management - work with FTO & TBO Operations team to ensure all current projects are tracked and completed in a timely manner. Ensure all Test Scripts are executed and documented in a way consistent with management expectations. Projects can include data quality improvement efforts, most notably the support of the Facility Support Group in the DGO department.
- Work within all operations teams and have a full understanding of all products and processes within FTO & TBO Operations units.
- KRI/KPI Reporting - work with management to coordinate and report all KPI/KRI information as required to meet internal requirements.
- Reconciliations - ensure proper management of reconciliation items by working with head of Control and Reconciliation unit and report issues to management. Support the team during the preparation and submission of the annual PSR self-assessment report with the FED.
- Provide any support needed to each of the individual areas of FTO & TBO Operations.
- Prepare materials for both intra- and interdepartmental presentations covering a multitude of topics (process/workflows overviews, project updates etc.)
