Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In this role you will:Performs general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receivingReceive, log, batch and distribute workFile, photocopy, and answer phonesPrepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mailRegularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to subject matter expertsWork under close supervision following established proceduresRequired Qualifications:6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Lockbox or high-volume payment processing experienceExperience meeting deadlines in a production-driven environmentStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyGood verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsBasic Microsoft Office skillsAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find informationExperience working with changing priorities and deadlinesJob Expectations:Schedule - Sunday Night through Thursday Night; 10:00pm-6:30am or until the work is finished.This is an open-ended schedule with the start time and end time determined by workflow.
