  • Contribute to firm initiatives focused on talent (e.g., recruiting, training), knowledge (e.g., IP development, white papers), and other core areas.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree in healthcare or another field (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • At least 8 years working with healthcare providers on strategic or operational initiatives in quality, nursing, infection control, or other similar initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory, accreditation, and clinical compliance, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission, and similar regulatory agencies (e.g., DNV).
  • Advanced clinical training, certification, or additional degrees preferred (NP, CIC, Lean, CPHQ, HAP-CMS, etc.)
  • Prior healthcare management consulting experience preferred.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Superior communicator able to convey insights in a way that motivates clients to action, both verbally and in presentations and proposals.
