Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Associate, Partnerships and Events to join our marketing team at Hudson Yards Experiences ('HYE'). This role is pivotal in developing and executing owned events and programming, as well as with various third-party partners, ensuring success from a revenue, communications, and social standpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams and other HYE departments (security, facilities, food and beverage, etc.) to develop and execute events and programming opportunities with HYE, demonstrating attention to detail in event production, experience in partner relations, and creativity event marketing strategies.

* Lead fulfillment of event agreements and brand activations, ensuring high satisfaction and ongoing collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party partners

* Manage projects involving various departments (e.g., marketing, facilities, legal, operations) and agencies, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Coordinate with HYE's PR and social agencies and the broader Hudson Yards campus to develop and execute events and programming that drive revenue, earned media coverage, and social buzz

* Flexibly support other types of Edge marketing events as needed (e.g., photoshoots, filming, performances, internal company events)

* Support new events sales, leveraging experience and relationships in the industry

* Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Director, Partnerships and Communications

Compensation:

$67,000 - $87,000 / year

Qualifications

* Experience in event production, event marketing, and relationship management, preferably within the sports, entertainment, hospitality, or attractions industries

* Proven track record of managing events and working with legal agreements, COIs, and third-party vendors

* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong marketing acumen with a keen eye for brand activation and integration

* Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative programming and event marketing strategies

* Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills

* 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

* Event management experience is a plus

* Bachelor's degree preferred
