GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Associate Product Manager is responsible for the support and business management of assigned platform product segment driven by collaboration and elaboration of the annual platform plan. Associate Product Manager provides support to implement short term and long-term marketing plans, leading a cross-functional team that innovates global product and marketing plans to grow sustainability and profitability.
The Associate Product Manager contributes to the analysis and development of detailed tactical plans of the assigned platform's overall global strategic plan; implements the marketing plans for the platform's assigned product segment(s)/franchise(s); assists in the planning, development and execution of the assigned product group's marketing objectives, tactics, programs and budgets; participates in and manages cross-functional teams to progress marketing projects to desired results and works with marketing peers and sales, operations and global teams to drive executional excellence.
