Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive A1 Product Support Specialist who is eager to apply their technical foundation and improve their skills in a real-world setting. The successful candidate will deliver primary technical support and customer service for our products, handling user inquiries with enthusiasm and efficiency. This role demands strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a desire for continuous learning and growth.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:•Provide frontline support for product-related issues, delivering quick and effective solutions to users.•Gather relevant information to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues within defined SLAs.•Escalate complex issues to L2 or senior support teams as needed, ensuring thorough documentation for smooth handover.•Document common issues, resolutions, and best practices to build a knowledge base for recurring problems.•Collaborate with the product support and development teams to understand product updates, bug fixes, and new features.•Maintain a high standard of customer communication, providing regular status updates on issue resolution.•Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing user feedback and suggestions with the teamQualifications•1-2 year of experience in Product Support, IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role .•Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.•Basic understanding of troubleshooting and technical support processes.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist users effectively and professionally.•Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM tools.•Basic knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or any analytical tools is a plus.•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.•Patience, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.Additional Qualifications (Preferred):•Prior experience or familiarity with Commercial Real Estate technology is a plus.•Experience with Sharepoint administration, SQL script, coding is a plus.Salary: $68,000 - $75,000 annuallyThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $68,000 to $75,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
