Greene Resources is seeking an Associate Production Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Maintain production schedules to ensure efficient job flow and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the production team to prioritize tasks and allocate resources based on capacity and job requirements.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry for production planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Monitor the progress of production activities, identify potential delays, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant departments to ensure alignment with overall production goals.
- Support the collection and analysis of production data to improve scheduling processes and efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials and resources are available for scheduled jobs.
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and work with the team to resolve issues quickly.
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and production scheduling software.
- Experience in a made-to-order manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of production planning techniques and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in the use of ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
