Pay: $75,000 to $80,000/year

Experience: 2+ years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing, and/or supply chain.

Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, industrial engineering, or a related field.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Greene Resources is seeking an Associate Production Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

  • Maintain production schedules to ensure efficient job flow and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the production team to prioritize tasks and allocate resources based on capacity and job requirements.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry for production planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Monitor the progress of production activities, identify potential delays, and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant departments to ensure alignment with overall production goals.
  • Support the collection and analysis of production data to improve scheduling processes and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials and resources are available for scheduled jobs.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and work with the team to resolve issues quickly.

Position Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and production scheduling software.
  • Experience in a made-to-order manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of production planning techniques and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proficiency in the use of ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
