Associate Production/Stamping Operator

Qualifications:

A Resume

High school diploma or GED required.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation standards, and check sheets.

Verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

At least one year of experience in one of the following areas:

Operating Heavy Machinery: Experience with CNC machines, injection molding machines, or similar equipment, requiring precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.

Mechanical and Hydraulic Systems: Relevant experience with mechanical or hydraulic systems, such as those used in automotive repair or maintenance.

Manufacturing and Production (two years): Experience in an assembly line or manufacturing environment, including following production schedules, performing quality inspections, and making machinery adjustments.

Essential Functions:

Read and interpret documents.

Complete high-quality products within given time constraints.

Verify the accuracy of all completed work.

Responsible for bringing any quality issues to their manager.

Perform other duties as required and assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Be able to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift at least 25 lbs.

Must be fluent in English (read, write, understand)

Will be exposed to possible high levels of noise.

May occasionally reach with hands and arms.

May be exposed to moderate noise levels.
