Job Summary:
Applicants should have established track records of funding and research productivity. Successful candidates are expected to develop and maintain a vigorous extramurally funded research program and participate in the education of medical and graduate students. The successful candidates will join a thriving community of over 20 investigators with strengths in using intravital imaging and live-cell imaging to study cardiovascular development, pathogenesis of cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, development and regeneration of vision photoreceptors and immune disorders and development of biosensors and diagnostic assays.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have a PhD or equivalent degree in cell or molecular biology, biomedical engineering, biochemistry, physics, or a related field, and currently hold the rank of an assistant or associate professor or a comparable leadership position in private industry. Applicants should have established track records of funding and research productivity. Successful candidates are expected to develop and maintain a vigorous extramurally funded research program and participate in the education of medical and graduate students.
