Catholic Health System is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated full time Internal Medicine Physician to act as the Associate Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program in Buffalo, NY, a diverse and family friendly community on the shores of Lake Erie. In this role you will assist the Program Director in mentoring and guiding residents in their professional development. With a focus on curriculum enhancement and program coordination, you will cultivate a supportive and enriching learning environment for future physicians in the field of Internal Medicine.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Program Director in Supervising the Medical Residency Program and maintaining continual affiliation with the State University of New York at Buffalo
- Doctor will provide six months of in-patient Attending Physician Services in 3-South Medical Service at Sisters of Charity Hospital and six months of Attending Physician Service in the Medical Clinic (St. Vincent or Mercy Comprehensive Care Center) as determined by system need
- Act as Clinical Advisor to Residents
- Assist the Program Director in Resident recruitment, scheduling, support, evaluations, and additional Administrative oversight as required
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Board eligible or certified, MD or DO
- Current and unrestricted New York State License and DEA
- Eligible for faculty appointment at the State University of NY at Buffalo, with participation at faculty meetings and medical conferences at the University as needed
