Overview:The primary responsibility of this role is to support Project Managers in efficiently managing multiple projects. This entails providing comprehensive project support from the design phase through to the completion of construction, including organizing project-related tasks and information. You will collaborate with all members of the project team as required to execute your duties and ensure everyone is well-informed and project information is well-organized.
Additionally, you will take the lead on various aspects of the projects, such as organizing meetings, documenting meeting minutes, managing costs, coordinating furniture, overseeing moves, and handling IT/AV requirements. Furthermore, you will play a key role in assisting with project closeout activities.
This position requires a high level of independence and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated between $77,000 to $88,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity.
