Details: L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as an Associate Project Manager.
- Assist Design Manager's Office to manage projects in various phases of Design
- Coordinate with designers to prepare contract drawings and specifications
- Coordinates and communicates with design team members, in-house and consultants, to determine project requirements and incorporate feedback
- Preparing and submitting requests for Access and Protection to various DOS facilities during design surveys
- Coordinating daily project management activities for the Design Manager according to Project Manager Procedures/Guidelines
- Working with Design Manager in meeting project goals, attending project coordination meetings with stakeholders, preparing meeting minutes and following up on action items
- Manage the coordination of field visits, surveys, and inspections
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Design Manager
Job RequirementsDetails:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, business administration or public administration
- Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
- 1 year full-time satisfactory experience in supervising employees performing project management work, such as planning, administering, managing, coordinating, or expediting, on engineering
- Knowledge of MS Suite
- Familiarity with ASite, ProjectWise, MicroStation, AutoCAD
- OSHA 30 Construction Certification
