About our position

As an Associate Project manager, you will be responsible for assisting in managing smaller projects, handling administrative tasks, and supporting other Project Managers and the Project Management Office. In this role you will contribute to project coordination and account management in compliance with ASI methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective project and services delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Setting up all internal systems for new implementations, PSS (Premium Support Services) or PIAS (Performance Improvement Advisory Service) subscriptions.
  • Receiving incoming RTCs (Refer to Consulting) from Technical Support, tracking client approval and work to completion.
  • Obtaining client approval for billable work, handling contract setup and signing, and dispatching to the appropriate resource, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Helping manage foundation implementation projects, focusing on smaller, less complex accounts, and managing small internal projects as well.
  • Overseeing administrative functions for PSS accounts, including managing budgets, assigning work to resources when the PSS lead requires assistance, and regularly checking in to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assisting Project Managers with administrative duties to allow them to focus on more strategic tasks like forecasting and risk mitigation.
  • Providing support for sales support team, and assisting with project-related tasks as needed.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients in their NUE (New User Experience) phase, the two-month period following their go live. Including regular meetings, escalating issues if needed, and ensuring they are getting the highest level of service from ASI as a whole.
  • Performing other duties and job responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

What we want you to have

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of project preferred, but not required
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well in a team
  • Demonstrated ability to assist project teams and collaborate successfully with others
