What You'll Do: The Associate Project Manager plays a vital role in supporting our Business Intelligence team and project management leads by ensuring that all projects stay on track, organized, and progress smoothly from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will maintain oversight of project activities, assist in correcting process issues, identify potential problems, and ensure prompt resolution.
Associate Project Manager Responsibilities: - Liaise with stakeholders to understand project needs and goals, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in coordinating and managing projects, working closely with team members to prioritize deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure accountability to deadlines.
- Assist in developing standardized tracking methods, monitor and report on project progress, and ensure process adherence across teams.
- Identify process-related problems, report them, and collaborate with relevant teams to develop solutions.
- Help manage scope changes by communicating with relevant teams and advocating for necessary adjustments in time or resources to ensure project success.
- Regularly update project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports, ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and following up on action items.
- Ensure that meetings are productive and that all participants are aligned on next steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Assist in the use of project management tools and software, ensuring that all team members are utilizing them effectively.
Qualifications - 0-2 years of experience in a project coordination, support, or administrative role.
- Experience working in environments where projects are a primary focus, even if in a non-management marketing agency capacity.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and ensure that all project details are accounted for.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, document project details, and convey updates clearly.
- Ability to identify issues and propose solutions, even in a supportive role.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, JIRA) and productivity tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic analytical abilities to interpret project data, metrics, and reports.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting senior project managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
