**About the role**

The Associate Project Manager will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the telecommunications sector. This position requires a strong background in project management as well as experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

**What youll do**

+ **Project Coordination:** Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with the client's goals and objectives.

+ **Financial Management:** Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes related to project budgets, including invoicing, tracking expenses, and reporting financial performance.

+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

+ **Documentation:** Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.

+ **Risk Management:** Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

+ **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and next steps.

+ **Continuous Improvement:** Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

**What youll need**

+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field, or proven experience.

+ Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology-related environment.

+ Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

+ Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Trello).

+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
