Due to the company's expansive portfolio growth, the Evolved By Nature Project Management team is seeking an Associate Project Manager to assist in managing projects in the Evolved By Nature portfolio. This role will assist with creating, monitoring and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, organize stakeholder meetings, and distribute meeting notes as well as follow up on action items to ensure project deadlines are met in a timely manner. The Associate Project Manager is also responsible for ensuring project alignment to company strategy. This is a cross functional role and will work closely and collaboratively with the Marketing, R&D, Creative, Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and Sales teams.Responsibilities:Assist with creating, maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, and budgetsEnsure Program and Project alignment to Evolved By Nature corporate strategy and goalsOrganize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetingsCapture meeting minutes and action items, following up on them to ensure completionIdentify project changes, assess any impacts to the plan or schedule and address as neededIdentify project risks and provide mitigation plans where applicableMaintain and update project/product related documentation and ensure adherence to correct review and approval processesWork closely with cross-functional teams in a matrix reporting structure and provide weekly status updatesExecute on project tasks as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's Degree3+ years of experience in a related fieldProject Management Certification (CAPM, PMP) Preferred but not required with equivalent experienceSkills & Abilities:Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamProactive and able to continuously manage change in a fast-paced work environmentExperience with Project Management SoftwareCompetency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Competency in Google Workspace ApplicationsEvolved By Nature is a new type of biotech company creating new molecules for a healthier future.
