Associate Recruiter Windsor, CT J. Morrissey is seeking a motivated Associate Recruiter to join our internal Professional Services division. In this role, you will manage full cycle recruitment, consisting of sourcing and placing candidates with our clients in both temporary and permanent roles across various industries. - Source and recruit candidates through multiple channels for both temporary and permanent positions.
- Post job openings and review incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct prescreening calls and interviews.
- Maintain excellent and consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and sustain a strong pipeline of candidates across a variety of professional fields.
- Extend and negotiate job offers, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
- 1+ years of customer-focused experience (e.g., sales, recruiting, account management), with an interest in recruitment.
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to various systems and tools.
