Compensation: $22 per/hour + Commission for placements!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Talent Sourcing: Hunt down exceptional candidates through creative strategies, networking, and a bit of detective work.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential hires, keeping them excited about opportunities and engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews with finesse, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Screening and Assessments: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates to match them with the perfect roles.
- Data Management: Keep our ATS organized and up-to-date, tracking progress and maintaining accurate records.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field—where you've made your mark and honed your skills.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, with an eye for detail and a talent for connecting with people.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
