You will build strong relationships with recruiters, managers, and hiring teams in order to understand our evolving hiring needs. Your positive attitude and behind the scenes efforts make the candidate experience at PitchBook impressive. You will execute every stage of the hiring process including sourcing, creating job postings, screening, scheduling, and administrative duties.Primary Job Responsibilities:Support recruiters by owning scheduling, coordinating, facilitating onsite interviews, and interview-related activitiesRegularly meet with and build relationships with senior recruiters and hiring managers to effectively prioritize and establish work plan for requisitionsWork with senior recruiters and managers to develop targeted and creative searches to build a pipeline of candidates for different positionsEfficiently and effectively screen candidates for technical and cultural fit before presenting the most highly qualified candidates to the hiring teamProduce accurate weekly recruiting status reports using Greenhouse and TableauCreate an exceptional experience for all candidates and employees throughout the interview processUnderstand how we measure recruiting success and work to consistently meet, exceed, and report on goals in weekly updates to the team and othersAccurately maintain Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, to ensure we are taking advantage of efficiencies and reporting opportunitiesManage the background check process to ensure candidates meet all required standards prior to employmentIdentify and implement operational process improvements within the recruiting teamSupport the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviorsParticipate in various company initiatives and projects as requestedSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years previous experience working on a recruiting team; hybrid experience of coordination and full life cycle recruiting a plusStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesProven talent to think on your feet and handle issues with resourceful solutionsDemonstrated success in a role requiring extensive customer interactionExcellent communication skills both written and verbalMust be able to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demandsProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easilyPrevious experience with an applicant tracking system a plusBenefits + Compensation at PitchBook:Physical HealthComprehensive health benefitsAdditional medical wellness incentivesSTD, LTD, AD&D, and life insuranceEmotional HealthPaid sabbatical program after four yearsPaid family and paternity leaveAnnual educational stipendAbility to apply for tuition reimbursementCFA exam stipendRobust training programs on industry and soft skillsEmployee assistance programGenerous allotment of vacation days, sick days, and volunteer daysSocial HealthMatching gifts programEmployee resource groupsSubsidized emergency childcareDependent Care FSACompany-wide eventsEmployee referral bonus programQuarterly team building eventsFinancial Health401k matchShared ownership employee stock programMonthly transportation stipendPlease be aware the above PitchBook benefit and perk offerings are subject to corresponding plan and policy documents and may change during the course of your employment.CompensationAnnual base salary: $65,000-$75,000Target annual bonus percentage: 7.5%Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location.Working Conditions:We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it's helpful to have some flexibility to work remotely. Most roles work in the office 3+ days/week, and some are expected to work in the office 4-5 days/week. The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 3+days/week and that you are in the office full-time during the training period, for which the length varies by role. During an initial phone screen, the team will discuss expectations for this specific position.The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day.
