ASSOCIATE REGISTRAR - PART TIME - MONDAY-FRIDAY - AT CAMPUS - FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
Job Summary
The Associate Registrar is responsible for all student academic record keeping and reports to the Campus
Director. Record keeping includes compiling, maintaining, and tracking student academic information and
records for internal and external analysis and/or use and other areas as assigned. This position acts as the
central records facilitator for permanent academic information on current and prior students. The
Registrar shares responsibility with the Regional Campus Director and Student Success Director for the
successful enrollment and retention of students.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Organize and conduct registration process for in-school and incoming students.
* Interact with Admissions, Regional Campus Director and Student Success Director to ensure students
are properly enrolled.
* Generate reports in requested formats for in-house, support staff and external agency use.
* Publish courses with LMS.
* Print course rosters weekly
* Respond to student and staff questions as needed
* Do any needed continuing education on related software and make recommendations to the Director
for any improvements or enhancements
* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
* Associate Degree required
* 2 or more years of experience in a business setting, working with data entry & accuracy, customer
communication and service; 1+ years or more of related experience working in a post-secondary school
preferred
* Protection of the corporation and privacy of corporate proprietary and confidential information is
expected
* Must be able to work one evening per week
* Must have sufficient ability to move around the building and classroom to satisfy student needs and/or
facilitate student participation.
* Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods of time, such as teaching sessions, student
appointments, etc.
* Must have sufficient visual and auditory ability to operate computer equipment, use telephone, read
materials, and office equipment Professional communication encompasses written, oral, visual and digital communication. Successful communication skills are required for working at Ross and involve the following: writing, reading,
editing, speaking, listening, software applications, data entry and reporting, and Internet research.
