About the Position: Epic Special Education Staffing is looking for an Associate Relationship Manager who will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with the Strategic Business Unit's (SBU) contractors and clients. This role is responsible for addressing candidate needs and ensuring satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships to support business growth and ensure candidate retention. About Us: Epic Special Education Staffing is a high touch staffing firm that uniquely caters to school districts across the nation to provide highly in-demand talent to support special education services, as well as other hard to fill specialty clinical positions needed in schools. What You'll Do:

  • Conduct initial onboarding and introductory calls for newly signed contractors.
  • Perform introduction and growth calls with all districts within the assigned book of business.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with all clinicians on assignment (COA) and districts within the assigned book of business.
  • Check-in with districts monthly to assess contractor performance and explore opportunities for new job orders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractors and clients within the assigned book of business.
  • Manage and resolve day-to-day issues for resources and clients within the assigned book of business.
  • Interface with clients to address and resolve COA issues or concerns.
  • Provide counseling and direction to clients and resources for behavioral issues and conflict resolution.
  • Mediate between clients and contractors to address unmet expectations and outcomes, developing a clear and concise action plan with measurable results and follow-through.
  • Conduct site visits to contractors and clients when feasible.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure completion of COA contracts.
  • Work closely with Client Services to ensure appropriate and successful placements.
  • Partner with Business Development to ensure accuracy in client and job requirements.
  • Coordinate with Payroll and Benefits to ensure proper compensation for contractors.
  • Manage daily workload through dashboards, reports, and alerts and accurately log calls, events, and follow-ups to ensure progress is tracked efficiently.
  • Assist with renewals, working with clients to assess interest in extending active contracts.
What You'll Bring:
  • Two years of relevant experience in the staffing industry or relationship-focused disciplines.
  • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job's impact to the organization.
  • Analytically and logically evaluate information, propositions, and claims.
  • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, and utilize time.
  • Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience.
  • Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.
  • Establish rapport and maintain mutually productive relationships.
  • Present self as a positive representative of the organization.
  • Engage effectively in dialogue.
Salary: $75,000 Annually Associate Relationship Manager Full Job Description The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
