Job Summary:
As a Financial Services Representative at Dream Team Financial, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients make informed financial decisions and achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing financial education, and offering a range of financial products and services tailored to the needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and concerns. Provide personalized financial advice and recommendations based on their unique situation.
• Product Offerings: Present and explain financial products and services, including life insurance, investment products, and retirement planning solutions.
• Financial Planning: Assist clients in developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans. Educate clients on budgeting, saving, and investing strategies.
• Prospecting and Networking: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreach activities.
• Client Service: Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing their questions, managing their accounts, and ensuring their financial needs are met.
• Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to effectively serve clients.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in financial services, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
• Licenses: Ability to obtain necessary licenses for selling financial products (life insurance license). Series 6, 63,26, SIE and 65.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
