This individual is responsible for assisting the Planning department by accurately performing production planning and scheduling activities to efficiently serve the company's clients.Execute efficient schedules on a regular basis to maximize efficiency of resources and equipment. Able to modify production dates based on materials and capacity fluctuations.Proactively monitors production process, workflow, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.Provide various scheduling analyses to ensure optimal schedule and provide staff recommendations.Generate daily or weekly production reports to leaders for critical decision-making purposes.Assist with integration initiative of report scheduling system.Maintain communication of information between the users and management concerning system development and maintenance needs, objectives, and strategies.Champion and implement process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with new processes across service lines.Collaborate and assist with inventory transaction analysis and correction as needed.Capture, store, and report on historical statistics.Evaluate and recommend staffing requirements.Collaborate with staff to identify scheduling requirements.Establish and maintain communication channels to all stakeholders.Performs other related duties as required and directed.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.1-2 years of scheduling experienceAuthorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorshipExperience utilizing Excel and Microsoft ProjectAbility to work in the Central Time ZoneThe position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with overtime as needed.Excellent full time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision optionsLife and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysTo learn more about Eurofins, please explore our website www.eurofinsus.com.Eurofins is a M/F, Disabled, and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
