Job Title: Associate Scientist/Sr. Associate Scientist - LC-MS

Position Summary: Join a leading Translational & Clinical Pharmacology CRO renowned for delivering global-standard services in quantitative clinical pharmacology, GLP/GCLP bioanalysis, clinical research, and regulatory filing. We specialize in bioanalysis (PK/PD/ADA), biomarkers, assay development & validation, and sample analysis. We seek a highly motivated Associate Scientist/Senior Associate Scientist with expertise in LC-MS to support our pre-clinical and clinical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate LC-MS bioanalytical methods for biological sample testing, ensuring data quality control (QC) and accurate reporting.
• Conduct detailed observations, analyze data, interpret results, and communicate findings and issues promptly to supervisors.
• Operate analytical instrumentation including LC-MS/MS, ELISA, and MSD plate readers.
• Perform tasks in a regulated environment (GCP/GCLP).

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in biology, immunology, chemistry, pharmacology, or a related scientific field.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in contract research or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulated bioanalysis.
• Experience with GCP/GCLP preferred.
