Associate, Software Engineering with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in New York, New York. Develop, enhance, support, and maintain the Firm s software solutions in support of its global businesses. Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and thoughtful technology solutions leveraging both internal and open-source services. Requires: Bachelor s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related software engineering role. Prior employment must include two (2) years of experience with: full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and production support; building multi-threaded and multi-process service-oriented C++ or Java enterprise applications within Unix environment; UI Development using Typescript, Javascript, and React frameworks; programming technologies including Java, Spring, Hibernate, RabbitMQ, or Kafka; relational database management system (RDBMS) such as Sybase, Oracle, or Postgres; micro-services architecture design and development including REST, Java, Spring, or other back-end technologies; and database query languages, including SQL or NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB.
