Job Description:

Our client, a children's clothing company, is hiring an Associate/Sr. Associate, HR/People Operations to join their team onsite in NYC. This role will provide the right candidate with a great opportunity to build the HR function, supporting the Director of Human Resources, in their New York office. This position will be required to sit on-site Monday through Friday (5 days).

Job Duties Include:

  • Support HR reporting efforts, including generating reports in ADP and assisting with data analysis.
  • Assist with the ongoing implementation of ADP Workforce Now/ADP Comprehensive Talent, including potentially supporting HRIS implementation efforts.
  • Provide support for candidate on-site interviews including registering candidates with lobby security.
  • Manage general employee questions about benefits and direct them to appropriate resources.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they feel connected to their start group and supporting presenters.
  • Act as a liaison with agency partners for recruitment needs ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Assist with the ongoing implementation of ADP Workforce Now/ADP Comprehensive Talent, including potentially supporting HRIS implementation efforts.

Job Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an operational human resources role with a focus on HR analytics/reporting
  • HR experience in the fashion industry is required
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now OR ADP Comprehensive Talent is required
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in generating reports and supporting IT access setup processes
  • Ability to manage confidential information and provide a calming presence to employees seeking HR support
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in HR, with the maturity to handle sensitive matters professionally
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment with a willingness to ask questions, operate with ambiguity, and insert oneself into various processes
  • Prior experience in Learning Management/Training & Development is a plus

Salary: At the Associate level, the range will be $75-80k annually. At a Senior Associate level, the range will be $90k - $95K annually.
