The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in a mix of agency and corporate recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring for IT and technical roles.Key Responsibilities:* Partner with the recruiting Team Lead to understand IT staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.* Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates for a range of IT positions (software engineers, system admins, cloud architects, etc.) and senior non-technical roles (delivery, PMs, BAs, POs...)* Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct search, LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation.* Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.* Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal standards.* Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and reporting.Qualifications* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).* 4 to 7 years of IT recruitment experience, including a combination of agency and corporate roles.* Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry trends.* Strong understanding of US visa types* Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).* Proven ability to source passive candidates and conduct Boolean searches.* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.* Results-driven with a focus on quality hires and meeting hiring goals.Additional InformationDisclaimer: Nagarro is an equal opportunity employer.
