How will you make an impact in this role?

The Associated Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with the Campus team to provide operational and administrative support. The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Campus Operations and will provide support to various Campus recruiting processes, including diversity initiatives, learning and development activities, school event execution and inclusive hiring for internship programs for the Summer Internship Program.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Campus team in efforts to identify, attract and develop early career diverse talent for our Summer Internship and Full-time Campus roles.

* Support the development of an inclusive recruitment strategy for the overall business to attract top talent and adapt the approach with each posting's search, to increase applicant funnel of suitable candidates.

* Collaborate with internal CEG colleagues to ensure alignment on recruitment strategy such as Colleague Strategic Partners, Campus Diversity, and the DE&I team

* Create and manage multiple requisitions and candidate dispositioning at lower levels across appropriate business units and ensure calibration in Eightfold. Ensure that internal trackers are completed accurately and timely.

* Support the Campus Recruitment process from end-to-end, overseeing all logistics from initiation to offer and onboarding hand-off to Recruitment Operations Servicing.

* Assist with the planning and logistics of recruitment and career readiness workshops and events.

* Partner with various stakeholders to solicit participation and administer training for global Campus programs and events.

Minimum Qualifications

+1 year of experience in a support role or related experience

Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience

Demonstrated ability and focus on creating an excellent candidate and hiring leader experience

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

Time management and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communications

Ability to manage competing project deadlines and Business Unit Partner needs

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Eightfold, Taleo and/or Handshake a plus

* Prior event planning, EA experience and scheduling multiple rounds of interviews

* Ability to operate in ambiguity and manage change

Salary Range: $20.00 to $33.65 hourly + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
