This position is for the new TCOM Mast Line. The criteria to be considered for the position is as followed:1. No Corrective Actions in the last year2. Must be willing to transfer to TMH in Columbus, IN (relocation assistance provided)Position Summary:Primary duty is to ensure the highest level of quality painting of Toyota Material Handling's products and to support overall manufacturing goals.Essential Position Duties:* Final assembly of mechanical, electrical and electronic components for forklift parts* Adjust forklift parts: hydraulic and air system; bearings drive system; drive train; engine RPM; electrical and electronic systems; mast tilt; lift adjustment and alignment; toe-in adjustment* Check slings and hoists for safety considerations* Ensure quality of final assembly and adjustments of forklift mast* Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner* Additional duties as assignedEducation & Experience:* High school diploma or GED required* Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferredPhysical Requirements / Working Conditions:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
