This role is an entry level position as a technology consultant. You will be responsible for solving client's complex business problems and be able to translate requirements into strategies and solutions. This is a hands-on technical position which will be responsible for requirements gathering for integrations/changes, design, development, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting.
This role requires the ability to work in a changeable client-service environment, to be an effective listener and communicator, and to provide creative solutions through targeted resources and technical expertise to our clients. The salary for this position is $60k
Job Responsibilities:
- Use firm resources to learn and improve understanding of Workday and other technology platforms
- Ability to think logically and solve complex client technical requirements and translate into simple language
- Provide new solutions through the modification and implementation of existing software tools and platforms as well as contribute to the development novel solutions
- Troubleshoot problems by finding their root cause in the system and recommending solutions
- Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management
- Gather and create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life-cycle
- Identify client enhancement opportunities for existing and new features introduced across new Workday releases.
Requirements:
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Proficiency in Java is desired
- Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST calls is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with passionate stakeholders and users
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Information Systems or related field.
