We have high expectations and a career at ServiceNow means challenging yourself to always be better.ServiceNow is currently seeking a contractor for an Associate Training Solution Consultant to support our Global Customer Education team in working towards educational solutions to upskill our customers. This mid-level position will play a pivotal role in supporting activities for senior training solution consultants and other internal stakeholders, both in the pre-and post-sales motions.What you get in this role :Be the trusted resource in the full ServiceNow Training catalog and product portfolio; able to make recommendations on new or expanded offerings based on customer requirementsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to Client, identify, propose, and execute enterprise customer training plans that span the customer size and industry.Work collaboratively with ServiceNow training sales representatives and other internal stakeholders to support pre-sales opportunities by creating value-based training solutions aligned to the customer's overall platform strategy.Take ownership of customer issues from inception through resolution, and provide personal support to our customersResearch, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify resolutions to customer issues related to Training and Certification service offerings utilizing our systems, utilities, and support processes with assistance from team members, and learn best practices for problem resolutionSupport, create, and maintain training playbooks and resources, including proposal templates and training plan templates.Participate in Training Strategy Assessments for select ServiceNow accounts in collaboration with customer success squads to help customers leverage their training entitlements.Conduct account research in informing training strategies, including using the ServiceNow platform to run reports on training and account data.Maintain the training strategy assessment workflow to manage the intake of this customer engagement and to manage expectations around timelines to both the customer and internal stakeholder.Skills:In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:2-4 years knowledge and hands on experience selling or implementing training solutions3+ years of deep experience effectively developing learning strategies for Enterprise-level organizations.Preferred to have any ServiceNow Platform or OCM Certifications or equivalent to 1-3 years hands on ServiceNow user experienceExpert-level competence in Microsoft Office core products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and remote-work tools (Zoom, Teams) and with demonstrated ability to create customer-facing proposals.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.A systems thinker who can connect dots and take ownership of tasks to achieve scalable goals.Excellent writing skills (work samples of past customer presentations required).Have flexibility 2x week to accommodate other time zones
