As the Associate develops skill and gains experience, on-the-job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Marketing Arch products and services to wholesale and retail brokers. Underwriting and pricing products, including:Financial analysis. Exposure analysis. Policy contract review and rating. Claims review. Binding new and renewal accounts according to our underwriting philosophy and strategy. Servicing our brokers and customers. Desired Skills. Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Exemplary oral and written communication skills; analytical, with keen ability to think through issues; solid understanding of financial statements; proactive; able to organize and prioritize to meet multiple demands and commitments; strong work ethic; team player; exhibits leadership potential. Required Education/ Experience Four-year degree desired, preferably in economics, business, finance, or risk management.
