Job Description:
LogiNext is looking for a dynamic and competent account management professional to cater to the success of its key client accounts. You will be a key liaison between clients, business development and technology teams. You will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling the LogiNext product suite to bring value to your clients operations. You will have the potential for remarkable growth and leadership opportunities as LogiNext scales and expands into new markets.You possess excellent people skills and maintain overall responsibility for the successful implementation of LogiNext SaaS products. You have experience deploying large scale technology products for enterprise grade organisations. The work at LogiNext is very fast paced, agile, and hence, you must be able to multi-task to deal smoothly with competing and conflicting levels of priority.Responsibilities
  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Mine the existing accounts for new business possibilities and utilising available resources to drive account retention and growth
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and document as SOW
  • Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Analyze latest marketing trends using CRM and analytics tools and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or higher in technology or related field from top-tier engineering school
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management or business development in a SaaS company
  • Ability to provide client service to a large number of client accounts with passion, strong initiatives and positive attitude
  • Advanced skill-set for driving system integrations, gathering requirements, writing SOWs, documenting RFI/RFPs and cross-functional project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments
  • Consultative sales background or experience as a solutions engineer is a plus
  • Confident and dynamic working persona, which can bring fun to the team, and sense of humor, is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, judgment and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
