Position Overview:
As an Associate Vice President – Presales for Digital Technologies, you will be responsible for driving strategic presales initiatives, overseeing a team and designing tailored digital solutions with the focus on digital transformation. Key areas being AI, Data, Cloud. Preferred domain expertise in BFSI. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping Organizational growth and driving client success.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your extensive industry knowledge to craft innovative and tailored solutions that align with clients' specific needs, particularly focusing on digital technologies such AI, Data, Cloud.Manage and mentor a team of presales professionals, fostering their growth, skill development, and effective collaboration.Work closely with Presales team to close opportunities with winning solutions.Work closely with Sales team to support Lead Generation and convert leads into opportunities.Oversee the creation of comprehensive, compelling proposals, presentations, and technical documentation that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.Engage with potential clients to deliver technical presentations, participate in solution demonstrations, and address any technical inquiries or concerns during the sales process.Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, enabling informed positioning of our solutions.Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on integration, scalability, security, and other technical aspects of our solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery & development, to ensure a seamless transition from presales to project execution.Drive continuous improvement by collecting and analyzing feedback from client interactions and incorporating insights into solution design and strategy refinement.Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships based on trust, technical expertise and excellent customer service.Provide thought leadership within the organization, sharing industry insights, best practices, and innovative ideas to contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in the IT software services industry.Must have a proven solid experience with offerings i.e. AI, Data, Cloud.At least 10 years of experience in a Presales leadership role, demonstrating a deep understanding of presales processes, methodologies and strategies.Past experience as a hands on Solution Architect is a must.Strong technical acumen with the ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and translate them into client-focused solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering successful presales strategies that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.Extensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscape.Ability to travel as required for client meetings, presentations, and other business-related activities.
