Job DetailsAssociate Vice President - Talent AcquisitionThe AVP of Talent will play a critical role in managing the talent acquisition process within the organization. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent to support the organization's mission of providing high-quality healthcare services.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Master's Degree or enrolled in Master's preferred
- SHPR and/or PHR Certification preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in Healthcare required
- Prefer experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication
