Actively seek to be an individual who emphasizes a spirit of teamwork, flexibility, and quality in all aspects of daily work.JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for building a culture of disciple-making among young adults (20s) through relational disciple-making, mentoring, missions, and community building. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Engage young adults inside and outside the church and invite into relational environments/groups for growth in disciple-making.
- Meeting with new young adult visitors to help them find community and a place to grow.
- Creating front door opportunities for new people to discover community.
- Entering into spaces where evangelistic conversations happen with those far from Jesus & the church and inviting the lost into a relationship to discover more about Jesus.
- Provide hands-on leadership for a Young Adult groups on Sunday in the building and off-Sunday, outside the building.
- Enlist, train, and build relationships with Group leaders.
- Equipping groups with resources, training & encouragement to grow
- Creating new groups on a regular basis.
- Project annual budget needs & managing the budget of the Young Adult ministry.
- Engaged with the life of the church in weekly worship, missions' opportunities, and personal disciple-making.
- Attend and participate in all regular monthly ministry staff meetings, monthly church staff meetings, staff retreats, training, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Support the Senior Pastor and all other church staff.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- College degree required, seminary degree preferred
- Previous leadership experience including with young adults and young families preferred.
- Experience establishing, implementing, and developing groups on and off campus preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of standing and sitting. Sitting at a desk or working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15-20 pounds at times.
- Physically able to work inside and outside in various weather conditions.
