Job PurposeThe primary purpose of this role is to strategically lead and support key business functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and the successful implementation of strategic initiatives. This includes overseeing the preparation and execution of business planning and CAPDo presentations, managing special projects, and coordinating critical meetings and events to foster collaboration and achieve organizational objectives.Additionally, the role involves managing associate relations and operational logistics in Troy, OH, ensuring efficient operations and high employee satisfaction. The incumbent will also lead the creation, publication, and distribution of reports, maintain SOPs, ensure record retention compliance, and provide strategic support for division reporting. Furthermore, the role encompasses managing associate engagement events and publications to enhance communication and engagement within the organization.
