Assist Healthcare Director of Nursing in clinical and management duties. See official job descriptionDuties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Help oversee maintenance of resident clinical records, statistics, reports, and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting of organizational activities as required by the organization Ensure delivery of compassionate, quality care and clinical supervision to meet community, regulatory and budgetary standards Ensure compliance with all regulations from DHEC, Fire and Safety, OSHA,Labor Laws and adhere to HIPAA standards and Resident's Rights Assist in preparation of regulatory inspections and surveys Act as liaison between residents, physicians, families and appropriate health care resources In absence of Dir. of Nursing, vested with authority to act on behalf of the Director of NursingRequirementsRN or Bachelors of Science degree in NursingCurrent SC RN licenseFamiliar with management principles and practicesDemonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional clinical personnelUnderstanding of Medicare, Medicaid and other regulations and legal policies including resident rightsUnderstanding of physical and psychological effects of the aging processExcellent observation, ,communication skills including problem resolutionCommitted 100% to customer satisfaction and offering highest level of care
