Job Description:
Functions as primary support to the Director of Sales for the property; has overall responsibility for achieving property revenue goals, team booking pace goals, guest and associate satisfaction, and the financial performanceof the department in each participating property. The position assists in managing on-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives. Evaluates and supports the hotel's participation in various sales channels, Market Sales, Event Booking Centers, Revenue Management, electronic channels, etc., and develops strong working relationships to maximize the hotel's benefits.
